Repair and Evaluation Terms

Repairs and diagnostics are not included in the seasonal service labor and are billed separately.

Service rate:

$175 for the first hour of labor (one-hour minimum)

$125 per additional man-hour, billed in 30-minute increments

System evaluations:

Every repair visit begins with a system evaluation, which is billed at the standard rate. Evaluations are required as the first step in diagnosing and servicing your system.

Parts and materials:

All parts used in approved repairs will be billed separately.

Same-day repairs:

We aim to complete all repairs during the same visit when possible. If repairs are extensive or require specialty parts, a return visit may be necessary.

Payment terms for repairs:

All repair charges are due upon completion of service. If a card is on file, charges will be processed automatically unless other arrangements have been made.

No warranty for pre-existing or improper winterization damage

We will not provide warranty coverage for any components that are damaged due to improper winterization prior to our taking over system management. This includes but is not limited to broken heads, cracked valves, or damaged pipes.

Water usage liability

We are not responsible for increases in your water bill that result from irrigation system operation. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to monitor and manage water usage in line with local restrictions and preferences.

Wi-Fi controller access

For systems with Wi-Fi-enabled controllers, we will take over remote programming and monitoring. We require that the homeowner securely provide login credentials (username and password) for access. We will not be able to manage the system without this information.

Licensed subcontractors

We work with licensed and insured subcontractors for any and all work that requires professional licensing. This ensures all specialized work is done in compliance with local and state regulations.

Owner responsibilities

The owner is responsible for requesting any and all additional maintenance outside of scheduled visits. This includes, but is not limited to, moving or relocating irrigation zones, flagging heads in preparation for landscape work, or requesting specific adjustments. If we are not made aware of these needs, they will not be addressed during regular service visits.

Annual plan renewal and payment terms

The Complete Season Irrigation Service plan will automatically renew in January of each calendar year unless canceled by the homeowner prior to renewal. Plan payments are collected once annually at the time of renewal.

Cancellation policy

Service may be canceled at any time prior to January 1st to avoid renewal for the upcoming season. No refunds will be issued once the annual payment has been processed.

Access requirement

The homeowner is responsible for ensuring access to all irrigation system components on scheduled service dates. If access is blocked by locked gates, pets, or other obstructions, service may be delayed and a trip charge of $50 may apply.

Exclusions and limitations

This plan does not include installation of new irrigation zones, trenching, major design changes, or any construction-related work. These services may be quoted separately upon request.

Weather delays

Scheduled service visits are weather-dependent. We will reschedule service promptly in the event of rain, freezing conditions, or other unsafe weather-related circumstances.

Property damage waiver

We are not liable for damage to unmarked or improperly marked underground utilities or systems, including but not limited to dog fences, lighting cables, irrigation lines, or control wiring not disclosed before service.

Photos and documentation

We may take photos or videos of irrigation system components before and after service for documentation, training, or customer communication purposes.
