By accessing the website of Kay Bea Landscape and Garden Services, LLC dba Nature First Landscaping ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), or by opting into our communication programs, you agree to these Terms.

4. Cancellation and Services

  • Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours (1 day) notice for the cancellation of any scheduled service. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • No Guarantee Policy: Nature First Landscaping provides professional-grade installation and maintenance. However, due to the nature of living organisms and varying environmental conditions (weather, soil, homeowner care), we do not offer a survival guarantee or warranty on plants, sod, or trees once they are installed unless otherwise specified. All items are sold "as-is" unless otherwise specified in a signed project contract.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Wake County, NC.
