1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of Nature First Holdings, LLC DBA Nature First Landscaping ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), or by opting into our communication programs, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or opt-in to our mobile communication programs.

2. SMS and Mobile Communication

By providing your phone number to us via our website forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Nature First Landscaping.

  • Description of Use: Messages may include, but are not limited to, appointment reminders, project updates, service estimates, and occasional promotional offers or seasonal landscaping tips.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

  • Customer Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at +1 919-910-4066 or via email at our designated support address.

  • Message & Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Privacy: We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Advertising Disclosure (Google & Meta)

We use Google and Meta advertising platforms. By using this site, you acknowledge that we use cookies and pixels to track conversions and serve retargeting ads based on your past visits to our site. You can manage your ad preferences through your browser or the respective social media platforms.

4. Cancellation and Services

  • Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours (1 day) notice for the cancellation of any scheduled service. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • No Guarantee Policy: Nature First Landscaping provides professional-grade installation and maintenance. However, due to the nature of living organisms and varying environmental conditions (weather, soil, homeowner care), we do not offer a survival guarantee or warranty on plants, sod, or trees once they are installed. All items are sold "as-is" unless otherwise specified in a signed project contract.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Wake County, NC.
